Dear April 2020 Entrant,
This message is for those of you who opted in to receive a partial refund of your entry fee from an April 2020 Big Sur Marathon race event. We expect all refunds to be processed next Wednesday-Friday, July 22-24.

We appreciate your patience. This is a complicated process with more than 7,200 entrants like you and more than 65 different price points including those who purchased add-ons like pasta dinner tickets. All funds for the refunds are on deposit at Active.com and they are continuing to test their software through early next week to ensure accuracy.

Note that when your refund is issued, you will also receive a confirmation email from Active.
