On Saturday, April 25, there will be a series of speakers on hand at the Health & Fitness Expo on the 3rd floor of the

Monterey Conference Center. The clinics are FREE and open to the public. A schedule of times and speakers will be available closer to race weekend.



Visit the United Lounge at the front of the Expo if you need to sit for a spell and charge your device. There will be a Happy Hour from 2 to 5 PM on Friday and Saturday featuring Sufferfest Beer, Boochcraft and  District 7 Wines. Watch a course video, meet our Ambassadors and enjoy a series of giveaways.



The Pasta Party is Saturday, April 25, the evening prior to the Marathon and other Sunday races, in the Grand Ballroom of the Monterey Marriott (2nd floor), across the street from the race Expo and Packet Pick-up.

There are two sittings, one at 4:30 PM and one at 5:30 PM. Tickets can be purchased for $30 per person either during the registration process, by logging into My Events at, at packet pick-up at the Expo, or at the door.

We will feature a delicious menu of items to fuel you for your race the next morning including:

  • Tossed salad, fruit salad, or Kashi salad
  • Chicken
  • Pasta, with marinara or meat sauce
  • Artichokes and asparagus
  • Bread
  • Fresh fruit
  • Juice, water or beer
  • Dessert

You will also enjoy live entertainment, there are random prize drawings, a Q & A session with the race director and more.
