From her 2016 Olympic appearance to her 2025 national title in the 10,000 meters, Emily reflects on the evolution of her career, and what it looks like to hold big goals while stepping into a new chapter: pregnancy. Together, they’ll explore training, nutrition, and mindset during this transition, as well as the foundational role her family played in shaping a lifelong, positive relationship with the sport.
